  The processing of this data is necessary to complete and execute the contract with you. The collection of health data and eating habits is done only with your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a GDPR. Processing of the other data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment).

 

• c) When using our marketing emails (newsletter):
If you give your explicit consent, we use your email address to send you our newsletter or other marketing information. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time. Unsubscription can be done via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter or by sending us a message.
The legal basis for data processing regarding sending newsletters is your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
